This project was part of the Information Design semester. The three courses Storytelling, Infographics and Motion Design are part of this assignment. The goal was to tell a virtual food story with a focus on visual design: I created an interactive diary about chocolates.
The result of this six-week project is a unique multimedia experience, offering an intimate insight into the process of purchasing and savouring a box of chocolates during an autumn walk. The unique flavours and surprising experience of chocolates is essential. Viewers are invited to immerse themselves in a personal narrative, delving into the world of chocolates and flavours. By integrating video, sound, interactive elements and a visual language that is inspired by the chocolates, I created an intimate atmosphere. Furthermore, the interactive diary is a surprising exploration, uncovering the different flavours and hidden functionalities within the diary.
This project was honoured with the Golden Dot Award, recognising it as one of the most outstanding student projects of 2022. Additionally, it garnered attention from the online publication "In de buurt".
